Candelario Arredondo

Candelario Arredondo is an Associate Attorney at Webber Law Firm.  Candelario graduated from CSU Stanislaus (Turlock, CA) with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and earned his law degree at the University of St. Thomas School of Law (Minneapolis, MN).  Candelario is licensed to practice law by the Supreme Court of Minnesota and because immigration law is federal, he is permitted to represent clients throughout the United States and worldwide on U.S. immigration law matters. 

After graduating from law school, Candelario gained extensive immigration experience working at Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services (SMRLS).  Candelario uses his immigrant background and formal legal training to add personal insight to the practice of immigration law. 

At Webber Law Firm, Candelario focuses on employment and family-based immigration law matters, handling a large number of cases for very large multinational clients, as well as small companies and individual clients.

In the area of employment-based immigration, for non-immigrants (temporary visas), Candelario handles H-1B and L-1/blanket L-1 petitions for a wide variety of clients including the initial designation of an employer for blanket L authorization.  He also works on E-2 investor visas including obtaining Golden Arrow designation at the U.S. consulate in Paris.  For churches and religious organizations, Candelario handles R-1 visa and I-360 petitions for religious workers.  Candelario has also worked on H-2A visa petitions for seasonal agricultural workers.

In the area of employment-based immigration, for immigrants (those seeking U.S. permanent residence), Candelario handles I-140 petitions and has extensive experience on I-485 adjustment of status applications and related matters.

For individual and family-based immigration clients, Candelario represents them in connection with I-130 relative petitions, as well as I-485 and N-400 filings before the local office of USCIS in Bloomington, Minnesota.  He advises clients on immigrant visa processing through the National Visa Center, and has handled a large number of N-400 naturalization applications and I-131 re-entry permit applications for permanent residents spending extensive time out of the United States.  

Candelario is a member of the Federal Bar Association (FBA).
